The software install for the Zune didn't work the first time. It wouldn't recognize and when I finally got it working after the 2nd install it just seemed like it was put together by a Doctor. You know how Doctors scribble things that only they can read and are always in a hurry. Well this software felt that way to me. I am a very technical person and while I could figure it out, it just didn't feel friendly and usable. People will spend too much time trying to make it do what they want.
